Making Copies & Sendind a Fax

RECEPIONTST:Good afternoon, ma'am. May I help you?
MIKI:Yes. I'd like to make some copies.
RECEPIONTST:How many copies would you like?
MIKI:.I'd like one copy of this one and two of this one.
RECEPTIONIST:Okay. It will take just a moment.
MIKI:I see. Thank you.
RECEPTIONIST:Here you are. (Receptionist gives the copies to Miki)
MIKI:Thank you. Also, I'd like to send a fax to Japan.
RECEPTIONIST:Do you need a some paper?
MIKI:Yes, I do.
RECEPTIONIST:Here you are. Please write your name, room number and where you are sending the fax. .
MIKI:I see. (pointing) Do I write the message here?
RECEPTIONIST:Yes. That's right.
MIKI:Thank you.
RECEPTIONIST:You're welcome.
MIKI:(After writing her fax) Here you are.
RECEPTIONIST:I'll send it right away.
MIKI:Thank you.
